Lil’ Sass or one of the other guides asks what’s causing you to feel this way, where it lives in your body, and what someone once said about it. A few short answers, and they have what they need.

We use AI as the pen and say so plainly. Before any adventure starts, here is what is already in place — for you, and for the children in your life — so this is a safe space to be brave in. The app enforces each of these rather than promising them.
Names never leave the device
The story is written with a placeholder and the name is put back on your screen. The story and picture services never receive it.
A grown-up’s permission comes first
For anyone under 13, no story is written until a grown-up sets up the account and confirms their age first. A child under 13 never holds an account of their own.
Every conversation is screened
The guides never diagnose or advise. If anyone says something that suggests they are not safe, the story stops, they are shown how to reach help, and the grown-up on the account is told.
Delete everything, any time
One button removes your account, every profile, every book and every picture. What anyone types is not kept by us at all, unless you choose to save it to your private journal.

Who is it for?
Anyone with a big feeling, and anyone with a child in their life who has one: parents, aunts and uncles, grandparents, teachers, caregivers, friends. Children from five to eighteen get a book that grows with them, from an eight-page picture book to an illustrated novella. Grown-ups and teens make a book for their inner child: the guide asks about the earlier time they felt this way, and the hero is drawn as the kid they were.
What is “the move” at the end of every book?
A simple physical action for the feeling: squeeze everything tight for five then let it go, push both feet into the floor, spread the cape wide and say thank you out loud. Something a child can do in their bedroom, so the feeling moves through instead of getting stuck.
Where does what we type go?
With their name replaced by a placeholder, the words go to the service that writes the reply and the story. The picture service receives only scene descriptions and appearance choices. We do not keep what they typed. The full list is on the privacy page.
What if someone says something worrying?
The story stops. They see a warm screen that says a trusted grown-up should hear it, with the 988 Lifeline and the Childhelp hotline, and the grown-up on the account is told, without the words themselves.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. Your books stay yours.
Is it AI? How is that safe?
Yes. The words and pictures are made with AI, and we would rather say so than leave it to guesswork. We built the safety first: names never reach the AI, every message is screened before and after, the guides are fenced to storytelling and never advise, and a grown-up sets up the account and confirms their age before any book for a child under 13.
